For some days I had a partner: the woman of my life 😀

Per qualche giorno ho avuto un partner: mi ha raggiunto la donna della mia vita 😀

 

In Chengdu there are two typical things to see: the pandas, in the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding at about thirty minutes from the center and the famous Giant Buddha. in Leshan, about two and a half hour by bus from the center. Both beautiful.

A Chengdu ci sono due cose che sono tipiche: i panda, nel centro di ricerca Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, a circa mezz’ora dal centro e il famoso Buddha Gigante, a Leshan, circa due ore in pullman dal centro. Belle entrambe.

 

For the first is much better a taxi, doesn’t cost much. For the second one, the public buses are perfect. With a few commitment, you can do all in one day… but not if you are REALLY into it and you want to see all the corners.

Per il primo è ultra consigliato un taxi, te la cavi con poco. Per il secondo, invece, i pullman pubblici sono perfetti. Con un po’ di impegno si riesce a fare tutto in un giorno… ma non se si è appassionati e si vuol vedere davvero ogni angolo.

 

Anyway see the pandas is like meet a VIP: you realize that they exist even out of the tv and photos.

Comunque, vedere i panda è come incontrare un personaggio famoso: improvvisamente ti rendi conto che esiste anche fuori dalla tv e dalle fotografie.

 

Then, with a “little” donation, you can feed a panda and take a pictures while you have it in yours arms… donations start from 150€… no, we didn’t do it.

Poi, con una “piccola” donazione, potrai anche fare una foto tenendo imbraccio un piccolo di panda mentre gli dai da mangiare… le donazioni partono da 150€… no, non l’abbiamo fatta.

 

In addition to the adults, that does not much more then eating bambù, you can see some little that hardly can stand on their paws and that get feed and treated like children by some woman of the stuff.

Oltre agli adulti, che fanno poco più di mangiare il bambù, si possono vedere i piccoli che ancora faticano a reggersi sulle loro zampe e che vengono allattati e trattati come bambini da alcune addette.

After that we’ve been to the Giant Buddha… what to say? Giant is an euphemism…

Poi siamo andati appunto a vedere il Buddha Gigante… che dire? Gigante è un eufemismo…

 

There are a lot of steps, anyway, what you see is worth it, really.

Ci sono molte scale, questo è certo; ma comunque quel che si vede ne vale la pena, davvero.

 

There is a strange atmosphere here, between the mystic and the touristic….

Si respira un’atmosfera strana qui, tra il mistico e il turistico…

 

If you want there are even the boat tours that pass in front of the super-big-statue giving a beautiful prospective of it.

Volendo ci sono anche tour in motoscafo che passano davanti alla mega-statua dandoti una bella prospettiva.
